We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the metro station, made transportation convenient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, clean and tidy. The beds were also very comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were courteous and service-oriented, always willing to assist us. The breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we were very pleased with the hotel facilities and the convenient location near transportation and local food places.

We had a great stay here with an excellent location right above a night club and just across Burjuman mall, also within walking distance to the metro. The room amenities were outstanding, including in-room safe, terrace, and mini-bar. We appreciated the great service with 24-hour room service and tours/ticket assistance.
Although staff at the reception desk left something to be desired in their customer service training, we recommend this place to all as the pros far outweigh the cons. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a nice touch, with great features like a steam room, heated swimming pool, and massage services.

Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious room with good climate control. Mobile phone was turned in when left in the room. Courteous and service-oriented staff. Tour desk girl was fantastic. Close to metro and restaurants. Will stay here again.

The location of Regent Palace was excellent, with a metro station just 100 meters away. We found the rooms to be decent, although more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star hotel. We appreciated the option to store our luggage in a safe room, and the receptionists were generally helpful, even though they didn't provide much information.

The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to a major metro station and with plenty of cuisine choices nearby. It is also conveniently located near the airport and just opposite the Burjuman shopping mall. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is willing to hold luggage outside of check-in time, providing convenience to guests.
The hotel's ambiance is currently affected by ongoing renovation, leading to noise and a poor overall atmosphere.
